This set of 14 cards introduces children to the seven elements of art: line, shape, form, color, value, texture, and space. The cards feature famous works of art that show these elements in action as well as tie your art lessons into history.
Printable the Fifth Great Lesson. This digital download includes all of the charts you need to teach the Montessori Fifth Great Lesson.
A pangram is a sentence that includes every single letter of the alphabet, from A to Z, at least once. This is a great activity for practicing handwriting.
Poems can be used as follow-up work for just about any lesson. Having reference cards for your students to select from is a classroom must-have!

The Montessori Fundamental Needs Chart is a beautiful and informative tool that can be used to teach children about the fundamental needs of humans.
The purpose of this lesson is to introduce the idea that all humans throughout space and time, have had the same material and spiritual needs. It provides a universal framework for thinking about other people, no matter how different they may seem to us.
This New Fundamental Needs Chart includes an extra dimension of culture that will help tie the fundamental needs of humans into all other areas of the history curriculum and provide a robust foundation for integrating all of the Montessori cultural lessons. Please read this blog post to learn more.
The Question Charts provide a foundation for the historical presentation and the stories given by the teacher, and a guide for the child’s own research and exploration. They provide a guide for research on any group of people living at any time in history. This material is a link from the work with the timelines, to the more abstract work of completely independent research and discussion sessions. The charts direct research, discussion and thought until they are no longer needed.
The Montessori Long Black Strip is a powerful tool for teaching children about the vastness of time and our place in the universe. It is a long, black strip of vinyl that is unrolled on the floor of the classroom. The strip represents the 4.6 billion years of Earth’s history. The teacher will point out the different eras of Earth’s history, such as the time when the Earth’s surface was magma, when the Earth began to cool, and when different creatures came to prominence (like the dinosaurs!). At the very end, the teacher will also point out the time when humans first appeared on Earth.
The Long Black Strip is a valuable resource for Montessori elementary teachers who want to help their children develop a deep understanding of the history of the Earth.
This is a semi-DIY project, see the blog post on how to make this material before purchasing!
This modernized Montessori interdependency cards bundle is a great way for children to learn about the interconnectedness of the world around them. The cards are made for open-ended discussion and feature images of different producers and workers in the modern world.
These cards are a great addition to any lower elementary history curriculum.
These command cards accompany the Grammar Box Material (but can be used as a stand-alone activity) and are meant for students to ‘act out’ grammar to really experience it.

My students love these cards because they can check their own answers. 100 cards is more than you will ever practically need, but elementary students get a thrill from doing Big Work. Having a lot of work available, lets students choose a large quantity of work to satisfy their need.
