Shipping Overview
Nearly every product sold at Rhyme and Reason Academy is a digital download. Digital downloads are virtual products. No physical product will be sent to you if you purchase a digital download.
Digital products are available as soon as payment clears, usually within a few minutes, but up to 24 hours. If you download hasn’t been delivered within 24 hours, please contact us.
Physical products are shipped within 5 business days via USPS, price is automatically determined by USPS and you can select delivery speed at checkout. Customer pays shipping unless otherwise indicated.
Returns Overview
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Digital Downloads
- Physical products sold “As-is” or on clearance sale.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Broken Downloads
If your digital download link is broken, the incorrect product is linked or something else is wrong with your digital product, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
Exchanges
We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged.
No exchanges are made for digital downloads.
Ship Your Return
Contact us to initiate a return of a physical item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
